Additional suggestions: 1.. Adequate amounts of sleep- 7-9 hours per night is sufficient 2. A personal moment daily (inner reflection, self-positive reinforcement, mirrors true-statements/positive affirmations) AKA SELF LOVE 3. 3 times per week you must do some sort of exercise (even if it is walking for 15 mins- still a win. 4. Veggie intake at least 3 times per day 5. Water, water, water
