Okay, okay, we all have battles- mentally, physically, emotionally etc.... so how do we handle them? This happens to us all, doesn't it. Take one of my clients for example... she wants to lose weight, get tone and sculpted easily and elegantly right. Well rather than just take the easy way and go get liposuction she has chosen to come to me (Jez-Mir-Izing) as her Holistic coach specializing in Reiki and pole fitness for a year where she will not only physically become tone, fit, healthy and sculpted she is also going to become emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy and confident in herself (AKA SELF LOVE TIME ;))
So, what steps do we need to start in order to achieve the war to a stronger us? Below are the action steps I encourage you to do and when completed check back with me here. I would personally love to hear your challenges and success.
Action steps: 1. State, acknowledge the dislike, frustration, sadness you are experiencing or want to change 2. Write it down 3. Seek out resources and tools to help you succeed (this may include me Krista a Holistic coach specializing in Reiki and pole fitness, counselor, doctors of ?, family and friends, the personal self want to change) 4. Call and schedule appointments 5. Physically go to the appointment- whether it is online or in person (do it) 6. Explain your want, need, fears, motivation, etc. 7. Establish the next action step 8. Do it 9. Repeat until achieved 10. CELEBRATE
