Seven tips on how to deal with change. #PeacockThursday

Jez-Mir-Izing deals with change quite often… being a small business owner/ entrepreneur and boot strapping can be quite a challenge. Therefore, here are my tips on how y to overcome obstacles and achieve without “robing yourself of time, energy, money and self-love”.

1. Acknowledge self-worth

By doing this, you will know what you need to do to stay sane and enjoy life to the fullest, all while working on the changes that have or need to happen.

2. Set boundaries

Set a timer if you need to… this is self-explanatory… if you only have 30 minutes to visit or work with someone and you do not consciously have the ability to keep time. Then set a timer and follow through with this.

3. Exercise, meditate, and journal daily

Just ten minutes of each will suit you just fine per day

4. Keep in close contact with the Lord, family, Reiki practitioner, Massage therapist, Chiropractor, Coach(s). And, reschedule after your visits… this is necessary or you forget and life gets in the way.

5. Set goals monthly

a. Plan out your goals- Implement- Do the work

6. Enjoy and celebrate monthly

This is a must, as you have worked so hard to change and overcome barriers that you must pat yourself on the back

7. Socialize

If this means once a month you go out and make a fool of yourself on the dance floor- THEN DO IT! This will in return feed your soul, body and mind
