What Exactly Is Reiki?
- Reiki is a Japanese energy-based practice traditionally used for relaxation, mindfulness and personal wellness.
- During this training, you'll learn the foundational principles and techniques of Reiki while developing your own hands-on practice.
- Important: Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions or replace professional healthcare.
