Do you feel lost?

Hey you, YES YOU 👉 are feeling lost right now with all this "COVID-19, PANDEMIC" uncertainties going on? Yeaaaa, me to :(. Look tje reality is, we are living in some very uncommon ground right now...

Well, I need to tell you a secret... are you ready? ARE YOU SUUURRREEE?! Okay here it is... you are your success. YES! You can and will get through this "lost" feeling and become your own victor from inside you. Below are some tips for you to follow in order to Rise Up to be your own VICTOR. 


Tip #1: Be grateful

No matter what, in any circumstance find things to be grateful for. This will help you to see that the grass IS greener on your side, and that things COULD be worse. 

Tip #2: Create a schedule

This is essential to your sanity. NO really I mean it! By creating your schedule whether at home or going to a job physically we must create oir schedule to be sure our needs, and wants are being met. 

Example of a schedule includes:

5:00 am wake, meditate, yoga/stretch 

530 am shower, make up, dress 

6:00 am eat, feed, wake up children

7:40 am work 

12:30 pm lunch, nap 

1:30 pm work 

5:45 pm home, supper, leave to Jez-Mir-Izing 

6:45 pm Jez-Mir-Izing clients 

9:00 pm home, snack, children bed, me bed (pending on day pole workout, run, walk, bike, weights, aerobics... 

10:00 pm me bed 

Okay, so you get the gist, right... 

Tip #3: Rest 

Pick a day and REST! This is another necessity to your lively hood, to eliminate the "lost" feeling, and to conquer you from within. 

Alright,  well here are your 3 essential tips to eliminating the "lost", and "uncertainty" feelings. So get up, get out, and become your OWN VICTOR.
